The Commission regularly seeks public comment to help inform its decisions. In some cases, the Commission may pay all or part of the costs incurred by an eligible organization in participating in a proceeding. See Guidelines for Participation Costs of Eligible Organizations for more information.
The Commission approves BC Ferries’ customer complaint process. And although we don’t handle day-to-day complaints, customers can appeal to us if an issue has not been resolved to their satisfaction.
